Do you love challenges?

- You are responsible for analyzing, designing and optimizing business processes to enable and strengthen automation solutions across NTT DATA Business Solutions.

- You identify high-value opportunities, document clear and complete requirements and prepare processes for Automation-aligned delivery.

- You collaborate with stakeholders to understand current workflows, uncover improvement potential and develop detailed process and value documentation.

- You ensure that automation initiatives are feasible, well-defined and support the shift towards reliable, scalable automation.

Convince us with your potential!

- You have proven experience in business process analysis, workflow documentation and process optimization.

- You have practical knowledge of automation technologies, workflow tools or orchestration platforms (e.g. ServiceNow Flow, RPA, scripting, integration tools).

- You have working knowledge of automation value modelling, feasibility assessment, and identifying high-value use cases.

- You have strong analytical skills as well as excellent communication and facilitation skills for working with SMEs, service teams and technical roles and a continuous improvement mindset.

- Experience with AI-assisted analysis or AI-driven opportunity identification tool is advantageous.

- Familiarity with IT service processes and general ITSM environment is a plus.

- Proficiency in written and spoken English and German round out your profile.
